Aims & Goals

The primary responsibilities of the UI Designer include the following:

• Designing graphic elements
• Creating and maintaining the company branding standards through its various product lines
• Provide visual assets/ designs and standards for all UI elements
To be successful in this role, you should have very good experience with design software, latest design trends and a very strong design thinking approach
 
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver design solutions to the Product team
• Gather user requirements through, brainstorming sessions, product team and product stakeholders
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop HTML mockups for user workflows and navigation flows
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) 
• Work closely with the development team for seamless implementation of the proposed designs
• Create and maintain company branding standards and ensure its seamless implementation for all product lines
• Improve existing designs based on market learning, market changes and user feedback
• Create and implement slick mobile / web designs as well as end-to-end plans for product changes and new features, ensuring consistency and pixel-perfect deliverables
• Write detailed step-by-step specifications to instruct developers & improve efficiency
• Take a data-driven approach, running user testing and user research, looking for user behaviour patterns and provide valuable insights to the Product team
 
Experience Level
• Have at least 3 years’ experience within product and UX / UI design
• Experienced in Mobile app development and Web development
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments 
 
Educational Background
• BE, BTech, BSc, MSc, MCA
• Additional UI/UX course – preferred
 
Essential Skills
• Effectively collaborating with in a team, not just on a design level, but also with technical minded individuals and engineers understanding technical constraints and potential opportunities.
• Experience being both a hands-on user interface designer, with a solid grasp of the latest design, user interface, as well as a strong grasp on the latest user experience and research techniques 
• Proficiency and Experience in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Good Experience in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript 
• Experience in designing responsive user interface across multiple browsers and devices [Omni-channel]
• Excellent visual design skills
• Experience with international standards & new age technologies
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
Skills:- HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Mobile Design, User Interface (UI) Design, User Interface (UI) Development, User Experience (UX) Design and Adobe Photoshop
