Aims & Goals

The primary aim of the “Project Co-Ordinator” is to coordinate project activities and report to the delivery manager. The project coordinator is responsible for booking resources, assigning tasks on the project server and JIRA without over allocation, tracking and coordination of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proficient execution of delivery processes and procedures
• Responsible for planning, allocating resources for tasks on the project server and JIRA
• Tracking of projects using various tools like JIRA and preparing reports
• Effective and timely communication with the team members and Project / Delivery manager.
• Conducting Daily Scrums
• Prepare various project status reports and submit to Project / Delivery manager for review
• Risk analysing and planning to mitigate the risk with Project / Delivery Manager

Experience Level
• 4-5 years

Educational Background
• Any Bachelor’s degree

Essential Skills
• Project Management.
• Excel, JIRA, Microsoft Project Server, Word, Power Point
